The lens is in working order and looks good. The aperture is in good working order. There are micro-scratches on the front lens and there are micro-bubbles of air between the lenses that can be seen from a certain angle. The camera's lenses may collect dust over time due to aging. The diaphragm blades may show signs of scuffing, oil, or previous disassembly/reassembly that will not affect performance. This will not affect the quality of your photos.
